So, I just started working today. Well, preparing. Right now, I'm in an onboarding thing, with Convergys. I'm getting paid $9/hr to sit here, and this is the onboarding, training in the technology portion. Going through and making sure expectations are set, along the lines of technology used. And Internet expectiations. This is wonderful. I finally have a job. I'm actually working. I start real work on Sept. 24th. From now until then it is training.
So, the beginning of day two. Well, about an hour before I need to dial in to the conference bridge. Yesterday was rather informative. After I got off, I left the computer for a good few minutes. I also learned that the training, and transitioning will be taking place Monday through Friday. So, I may be able to go to the Furcon that Spike wants me to go to. We will see though. But now, I need sustenance, drink, and that good stuff!!!
